Processing occurs in four steps:
- Glass cutting
Cutting of base glass is possible up to a maximum dimension of 2600x2600 mm, with an available thickness from 2,5 to 8,0 mm
- Stacked and bumpded glass
Grinding can be optimized individually by the customer and selected between broken edge and c –or k-type .The corners are bumped.
- Drill hole at the outside of a sheet
Drilling is possible to custom-made diameter, quantity and position. The borehole diameter is variable from 4mm to 60 mm.
- Solar glass on processing line
To increase the mechanical strength and safety, glass can be tempered optional. A special production process creates an ultra-plain tempered glass with extremely low distortion. Alternatively, TVG can also be produced. TVG is perfect to use as front glass, because in any case of damage, the residual capacity and transmission of the glass remain.
- Glass divided with twine
Three options for separation of glass are available: paper, twine, powder. We could set the stacker of sheets individual, due to your technological requirement.
