How can I receive a declaration of performance?

Firstly, you require the product-specific LE/DoP number. This can be found on the delivery notes, labels and invoices from Glas Trösch.
Enter the LE/DoP number in the correct format, including the hyphens (e.g. xxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxx), in the “DoP number” field.
After clicking on “Request document”, you can then download the declaration of performance as a PDF file.
